The time has come! After 2 years of barrel aging, The Traditionalist Bourbon is being released! Our distilling team is inviting guests to join us and experience an up-close and personal evening and dinner with bourbon; private learning, tasting and enjoying in our Barrel Room. This is a ticketed event.
Our Bourbon Evening includes:
A Traditionalist original cocktail and paired appetizer.
Tasting Flight of 4 Traditionalist Bourbons, including 2 finished and 2 currently in-process.
4-Course paired dinner, following tasting flight.
Cocktail Lesson from The Traditionalist’s Master Bartender.

Did you know?
In order to produce bourbon, corn must comprise at least 51% of the mash bill.
Every kernel of corn we use is grown by the father of the Four Daughters on our multi-generation family farm, located between Spring Valley and Grand Meadow.
All bourbon has been distilled by us on-site and barrel aged on-site. No shortcuts, ever.
All remaining bourbon mash is fed to cows in Pine Island, which we then purchase, have processed in Chatfield, and serve exclusively in our new Bourbon Lounge.
