1st Course
Pastries
Served danishes and pretzel croissants

2nd Course
Smoked Salmon Strata
Ciabatta bread, eggs, créme fraiche, gruyere cheese, honey smoked salmon, asparagus, and béarnaise sauce

3rd Course
Steak Crépe
Marinated flank steak, wild mushrooms, spinach, arugula, blue cheese butter, and a balsamic glaze

4th Course
Parfait
Lemon curd, fresh raspberries and strawberries, graham cracker granola, and a cheesecake filling

Mothers get a free mimosa or signature sangria!
