I know I've stated this before, but I am not your typical NYC snob. Great food can be had anywhere in the world if you know where to look. I was fortunate enough to have been brought to the Four Daughter's Winery while visiting family in near-by Rochester.
This is my only 5 star review in 6 years of being a road warrior for work. This place is amazing. Competes with California restaurants and wins...hands down. At this point I can only hope for a project extension so I can eat through the menu.
It was a lovely and low-key afternoon in a welcoming environment. I would love to go back for one of their evening "Dine in the Vines" events!
The facility is very modern and GORGEOUS, and really stands out in the middle of farm country. The contrast is stunning!
We were attending our friend’s birthday celebration and I cannot think of a better venue for a small group of friends who enjoy good wine and good food. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be going back soon.
We sat on the patio overlooking the vineyard, and enjoyed the view and the sunshine. We also spent time talking with the friendly owners and learning about the history of the winery.
This is a big beautiful space and the family, winemaker, and staff were very welcoming!
