Yoga & Wine

Find your ‘ahhhh’ with a gentle flow yoga class.  Focus on breath, mind, body, and movement while moving through poses to promote awareness, flexibility and relaxation in the beauty of the vineyard.

Our skilled instructor, Rochester favorite Joyce Jacobson, welcomes all skill levels! Class meets in the vineyard, weather permitting.

Class registration includes a glass of Four Daughters wine, Loon Juice, or our signature sangria at the end of class!
