Valentine’s Day–4 Course Menu. Private Dinner in Barrel Room!

Ticket holders for the 4-course dinner will be seated at a private tables in the Barrel Room.

Menu

Smoked Beef Carpaccio
Smoked beef tenderloin with champagne lemon arugula. Fire roasted tomatoes, caperberries & aged balsamic with roasted garlic aioli.

Pumpkin Bisque
Pumpkin with maple bacon and roasted shallots. Topped with toasted pumpkin seeds, fresh thyme & chives finished with crème fraiche.  

Pan Seared Salmon
Pan seared Atlantic Salmon with a wild mushroom truffled risotto. Grilled asparagus, gruyere creamed leeks & drizzled with our Velvet Hammer port wine reduction.

Modern Creme Brulee
Corn Farm Cabernet custard, butter tuile, fresh raspberry coulis, caramelized sugar and a dusting of cocoa powder.
