1st Course
Roasted Beet Salad
Locally sourced red and golden beets, with pink pearl apples, spring greens, and candied walnuts, dressed in a champagne vinaigrette.

2nd Course
Shrimp Scampi Risotto
Arborio rice in a garlic butter white wine sauce, with sun-dried tomatoes, diced zucchini and aged parmesan cheese, topped with jumbo shrimp.

3rd Course
Dry Aged Double Porterhouse for 2
A dry aged 24oz double porterhouse steak, topped with a black garlic demi-glace, with a roasted hasselback potato.

4th Course
Special Valentine’s Red Velvet Cake
Red velvet cake, with a chocolate mousse frosting, candied strawberries and edible flowers.
