Thursday Night Chef’s Dinner

Each Thursday, a small group of reservation-only visitors will be whisked away to wine country as they learn about the winemaking process, explore a tasting menu created by our chef, and experience food and wine pairing like never before.

The evening begins at 7pm in the winery’s production area.  The small group of guests will enjoy a glass of wine and hors d’oeuvres as they enjoy an extended and intimate tour and an in-depth education on how the different wines are made, the processes used at Four Daughters, the different stages of production, the equipment used, and the importance of aging wine.  Guests are encouraged to ask questions as they get a behind the scenes feel for how Four Daughters wine is made.

From there, guests will head to the Cocktail Room where a flight of wines and three more courses will be served.  Each week, the chef will reveal a new and exciting four course gourmet menu.
