Chef’s Dinner

A small group of reservation-only visitors will be whisked away to wine country as they learn directly from the winemaker, explore a tasting menu created by our chef, and experience food and wine pairing like never before.

The evening begins at 7pm in the winery’s production area.  The small group of guests will enjoy a glass of wine and hors d’oeuvres as they enjoy an extended and intimate tour.  We’ll provide an in-depth education on how the different wines are made and the processes used at Four Daughters.  We’ll also teach about the different stages of production, the equipment used, and the importance of aging wine.  Guests are encouraged to ask questions as they get a behind the scenes feel for how Four Daughters wine is made.

From there, guests will head to the Cocktail Room where a flight of wines and four more courses will be served.  The chef will reveal a new and exciting five course gourmet menu.
