Join the first bourbon tour of 2023! Justin Osborne, who oversees all of our bourbon, wine and cider production, will guide this exclusive behind the scenes tour of what goes into our unique bourbons, as well as how we finish them. Expect to be up close and personal with a variety of grains, the large still and the production area, and then spend time in our barrel aging room trying still in-production bourbons. You will end the tour doing a (first-ever!) guided tasting of the products currently aging in our used bourbon barrels, including maple syrup and balsamic vinegar.
Expect to see everything and ask everything you’ve ever wanted to know about bourbon! Plan for a fun and unique experience.
