DESCRIPTION:The time has come! After 2 years of barrel aging\, The Traditionalist Bourbon is being released! Our distilling team is inviting guests to join us and experience an up-close and personal evening and dinner with bourbon; private learning\, tasting and enjoying in our Barrel Room. This is a ticketed event. \nOur Bourbon Evening includes:\nA Traditionalist original cocktail and paired appetizer.\nTasting Flight of 4 Traditionalist Bourbons\, including 2 finished and 2 currently in-process.\n4-Course paired dinner\, following tasting flight.\nCocktail Lesson from The Traditionalist’s Master Bartender.\nIn-depth information from the Distilling Team about the process and their methods\, including thoughts on grains\, aging\, and their take on an American tradition. \nDid you know?\nIn order to produce bourbon\, corn must comprise at least 51% of the mash bill.\nEvery kernel of corn we use is grown by the father of the Four Daughters on our multi-generation family farm\, located between Spring Valley and Grand Meadow.\nAll bourbon has been distilled by us on-site and barrel aged on-site. No shortcuts\, ever.\nAll remaining bourbon mash is fed to cows in Pine Island\, which we then purchase\, have processed in Chatfield\, and serve exclusively in our new Bourbon Lounge. \nArrive at 6pm\nDinner and Tasting Flights begin at 6:30pm \n$125 per person\n(plus tax and service fee)\nClub 4D Members receive 10% off special event tickets! \n\nNotes:\nLimited seats available.\nIf you have food allergies\, please let us know beforehand.\nIf you’d like to be seated next to another party\, let us know beforehand and we can accommodate.
