DESCRIPTION:Ticket holders for the 4-course dinner will be seated at private tables in the Barrel Room. \n4 Course Menu\nLive Music\nPrivate Tables\nReservation Only \nCall 507-346-7300\, purchase a ticket below\, or email events@fourdaughtersvineyard.com to reserve a table. \nWine pairing flights\, carefully chosen by our winemaker\, available to pair with dinner. \n$180 a couple\n(priced for 2\, plus tax and service fee) \nMenu for 2 \n1st Course\nRoasted Beet Salad\nLocally sourced red and golden beets\, with pink pearl apples\, spring greens\, and candied walnuts\, dressed in a champagne vinaigrette. \n2nd Course\nShrimp Scampi Risotto\nArborio rice in a garlic butter white wine sauce\, with sun-dried tomatoes\, diced zucchini and aged parmesan cheese\, topped with jumbo shrimp. \n3rd Course\nDry Aged Double Porterhouse for 2\nA dry aged 24oz double porterhouse steak\, topped with a black garlic demi-glace\, with a roasted hasselback potato. \n4th Course\nSpecial Valentine’s Red Velvet Cake\nRed velvet cake\, with a chocolate mousse frosting\, candied strawberries and edible flowers. \nSpecial Notes:\nPlease let us know of food allergies beforehand and we will do our best to accommodate.\nIf you would like to be seated with other parties\, just email or call and let us know!
