DESCRIPTION:A small group of reservation-only visitors will be whisked away to old-world Germany as they learn about the winemaking process\, explore an Oktoberfest tasting menu created by our chef\, and experience food and wine pairing like never before. \nThe evening begins at 7pm in the winery’s production area.  The small group of guests will enjoy a glass of wine as they enjoy an extended and intimate tour and an in-depth education on how the different wines are made\, the processes used at Four Daughters\, the different stages of production\, the equipment used\, and the importance of aging wine.  Guests are encouraged to ask questions as they get a behind the scenes feel for how Four Daughters wine is made. \nFrom there\, guests will head to the Cocktail Room where a flight of wines and five-courses will be served. \nThe evening includes wine\, is reservation-only\, and is limited in size.  To purchase a ticket\, click below\, email Events@FourDaughtersVineyard.com or call 507-346-7300. \n$65\nplus tax and service fee
