Mont Chevre Goat Cheese layered with sun dried tomato and pumpkin seed pesto.  Drizzled with basil pesto oil and balsamic reduction.  Served with lavosh crackers   10

Southwestern Wedge Salad
Our twist on a classic, butter lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, avocado, goat cheese crumbles, spicy pumpkin seeds and tortilla chips served with creamy Pico de Gallo vinaigrette.  9

Burrata and Melon Salad
Burrata is a form of mozzarella cheese with a creamy inside filling. This is served with fresh melon, prosciutto and field greens with honey-sherry vinaigrette.  11

 

Pork Belly Tacos
Spiced rubbed and roasted pork belly, lettuce chiffonade, avocado and tomato on flour tortillas with sriracha-roasted garlic aioli.   11

The Steak Burger
Chuck steak and our house cured bacon ground together, then pan seared and served on a pretzel bun with cherry tomato Confit, roasted onion rings, mixed field greens, sharp cheddar pub cheese and bacon jam mayonnaise. 12

Smoked Meatloaf
Our meatloaf starts with chuck beef that is ground in house, mixed with spices and wrapped in bacon before it hits the smoker.  Meatloaf is served with black bean mash, roasted onion rings, cabernet-chipotle BBQ sauce and grilled avocado. 16

Hard Cider Braised Karubi Ribs
Karubi pork ribs braised in our Four Daughters Hard Cider.  Served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes, roasted asparagus and braising juice reduction. 17
